Today’s Recommendation: Cardio Coach

So I’m a big fan of the Biggest Loser. Most weight loss shows really. I like the progress of people doing stuff and looking better.
And, I, like almost everyone I know, like watch shows like that, like this:

I usually have the big bag though...
But every now and then I dust the crumbs off and get to the gym and when I go I love to use my mp3 workouts by Sean at Cardio Coach. They flipping rock!
There are several in the series and you use perceived exertion so that you’re working, and pushing yourself, within your current fitness ability. (It used to be heart rate based, but I don’t see that on the site anymore so maybe that’s changed – or I can’t find it on the site…)Each workout has a good balance of warm up, moderate exercise and some tear inducing (short) challenges. You don’t really feel tired after these though. Just energized.
Each workout is more advanced than the other. What is amazing about these is how fast they increase your fitness level, how easy they are to use with any piece of cardio equipment (treadmill, spin bike, elliptical or even plain old running/walking if you can’t get to a gym) and how well Sean (yeah, we’re on first name basis) keeps you motivated for the whole workout!
I actually bought these (easy download) a few years so after each pregnancy I was able to get back into them at level 1 and quickly increase my fitness each time. And yup, I’m using them again. And I’m recommending them now. An awesome way to get in shape and lose some weight!

So if you see a crazy woman running down the road with 2 toddlers in a rusty double stroller, gimme a honk.
Happy Thursday! Please vote!
